What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from Maeve's Boutique, our delivery timeline might be slightly different than what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are able to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer you the best possible prices on our collections.
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to the incredibly high demand for our products, your package might arrive slightly later than expected. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. If your estimated delivery window has passed and you still haven't received anything, please send an email to info@maevesboutique.com. We will immediately investigate the status of your package for you.
I want to exchange or return my order, how do I do this?
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team at info@maevesboutique.com. Please include your full name, your order number (e.g., #1001) from your confirmation email, and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm your request. Once confirmed, you can ship the product back to us using a carrier of your choice.
What are the return costs?

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
We maintain a strict 30-day return policy, which begins the day you officially receive your item. To qualify for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:
